30- minutes time slots. 6 participants per time slot.

Wall sit ( timed )
Push-up ( AMRAP)
Plank ( timed )
Pull-ups (AMRAP)
Jump squats (AMRAP)
1 male and 1 female winners will be announced the following day via social media and receive 3000 points added to their account.
