This specially designed comprehensive program is designed to help you achieve those goals!

When it comes to reaching health/fitness goals, it comes down to this: 80% diet, 20% exercise, 100% mindset. Are you tired of making these New Year Resolution goals that seem unattainable? Are you ready to transform yourself in just six weeks? Then get pumped for this program designed to help you improve your nutrition, increase your fitness level, and get in the right mindset to help yourself be the best you yet!

This 6-week program includes:

• Initial, weekly follow-up, and final comprehensive individual nutrition consultations with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Alicia Lusardi
• Individualized meal plan based on initial consultation
• Weekly group nutrition consultations; we are all in this together!
• Three 1-hour workout classes per week that will encompass cardiovascular, strength, and HIIT training

Program is open to ages 18 and over.

Workout days & times:
Mondays: Cardio — 11:00 am–12:00 pm or 5:00 pm–6:00 pm
Wednesdays: Strength — 11:00 am–12:00 pm or 5:00 pm–6:00 pm
Saturdays: HIIT  — 11:00 am–12:00 pm
