Actual Fight Training (AFT) Professional fight athletes such as boxers achieve amazing health and physiques through their training.
The truth is they are fortunate, and however so are you.
ATF is a simulation of training for a competitive sanctioned mixed martial arts match. The training includes strength training agility training, cardio respiratory training and full contact 8 limbs fight training (Alex Celcis will assist your fighting by using pads and he will be in full-body armor) . Eight limbs fight training is what Alex learned while studying Muay Thai in Thailand. In order to be successful, the participants will be given weekly homework, routines and points to practice. This class is limited to 4 people. The styles learned will be Muay Thai karate kickboxing and boxing. The goal is simple, if you follow the plan…you will get into fighters shape in 8 weeks.
