4 Week Session:
This class will focus on adjusting to the water while learning basic swimming skills. Classes will be developed at the participant’s pace. Your Water Safety Instructor will adjust to an individual’s needs to achieve the goal of swimming!
Wednesdays: 6:00–6:45 pm
This class is for adults with basic swim skills. Individuals will learn proper body positioning, kicking, arm motions and breathing techniques for all 4 strokes.
Wednesdays: 7:00–7:45 pm
In the event of a pool closure a replacement class will be arranged with your Water Safety Instructor. The classes will be maxed out at 4 participants each.
We offer different classes and skill levels to accommodate each student’s individual swimming goals. Lessons are taught in a fun-filled environment where students learn the basic techniques of swimming and safety skills are emphasized. Water temperature is kept between 84 – 88 degrees in the Program Pool and a little cooler at 79 – 82 degrees in the Lap Pool, an ideal for comfort.
