Interval aquatics class

Various HIIT, plyometrics, suspended moves and endurance protocol utilized while using the water resistance for strength. Bands will be used for upper body work.

An hour-long intense shallow water workout incorporating interval training, aquatic plyometrics traveling and power moves designed to challenge even the most fit participants.
