Get ready for your high school tryouts with 8 weeks of high-intensity basketball training.
In these sessions we will work on agility and conditioning as well as basketball skill work designed to be high paced to get the athletes ready for their HS tryouts starting November 11th.
Our coaching staff comprises Collegiate, HS and AAU coaches.
Minimum number of participants is 3; maximum number is 10. Keeping the group small will help to get more reps for those looking to get better.
