Bodyweight Blast is going to be a class that involves no equipment what so ever…just YOU! This class will focus on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Your heart rate will be elevated during the majority of the workout while taking short breaks in between sets. This will help you burn more fat during and after the workout!
