Cardio kick boxing 2.0 is a more advanced “step up” from the studio kickboxing class. In the cardio kickboxing studio class we train 4 arts of combat. Karate, boxing, muay Thai and Kali. In the studio kickboxing class, we train these styles to a beat. In cardio kick 2.0, we train the application of these arts. 2.0 will be held on the turf with the bags and mitts. We go over the proper stances, body mechanics, striking and self-defense.
