Challenge yourself in CFITZONE, an 8-week program focused on helping members reach their goals by safely coaching them through moderate to max threshold zones. CFZ’s main objective is to take members into a phenomenon called “super compensation”. Super compensation happens when the body is challenged properly. Why super compensation? Because this is what is needed to yield results for weight loss, lowered body fat and leaner muscle mass.
This class is a heart rate based training class in which you will use your Myzone belt. During this class, Ron Brown will challenge you by using, ropes, ladders, barbells, rowers, kettlebells, dumbbells and other equipment to get into the ideal zone.
All participants will have a pre-screening/baseline assessment prior to the first class:

• Pull Ups
