An open level class with emphasis on linking movement and breath, while blending the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. Specifically focusing on the Chakra system, each week’s theme and sequence will be connected primarily to one of the seven chakras, as we work on balancing the energy channels within our bodies. The poses will flow from one to the next in a dance-like meditation, inspiring creativity and curiosity as we move through the basic postures as well as some more challenging variations.
