Prepare for Club HIIT — an all-out, all-encompassing fitness journey. Every muscle, every modality will be used to challenge you in this high-intensity workout created by our highly skilled and experienced Club HIIT Coaches. Designed for those who want to be the best of the best, and push themselves to the limit, maximizing their athletic potential. Club HIIT combines Woodway Treadmills, rowers, and multiple strength stations in order to provide the best one-hour class possible.
Our highly trained and specialized coaching staff is here to guide you through every class and keep you on the path to your fitness goals. 60-minute class that includes a full dynamic warm-up and a cool-down session. Max 8 participants per class.
Club HIIT participants are expected to be able to competently complete these following guidelines:
- 8 consecutive traditional push ups
- 45-second plank with hips in line
- Hex Bar Deadlift of 95lbs for 2 reps
- 4 laps on the track in under 4 minutes
- 500 meter row in under 3:15
- Pendlay row 65 lbs for 2 reps
