The essentials of weight lifting will teach members how to properly lift for their fitness level. We also go over proper warms to prep for lifting. The main focus will be total body compound movements for strength and changing the body composition. In this format you will learn the do’s and don’ts for lifting, gaining strength, losing body fat, how to do steady state cardio without losing muscle mass, mobility and how to stay injury-free.
Minimum of 4 participants to run class.
