Join us at the barre for a total body toning workout geared towards active agers (seniors) and beginners.
Class will begin with a center floor segment- rhythmic warm-up, upper body toning with light weights and balance work. Exercise at the barre will follow with emphasis on the lower body – quadriceps, hamstrings, inner/outer thigh and gluteals. The workout will conclude with a fluid stretch of all muscle groups utilized.
