For ages 8 – 18 years old. This program will train swimmers to compete in an Olympic Size pool. Swimmers will learn to develop their mental and physical strength. Practices will be geared to increase stamina while maintaining stroke length and stroke rate.
This program is ideal for swimmers who have been evaluated by a swim coach or swimmers with swim team experience.
Swimmers who are eligible will have an opportunity to qualify for Junior Olympics! Swim meets are not required but are encouraged.
Daily Classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 – 6:00 pm
