Whether you’re pursuing a personal goal, or you want to stay in shape, or if you’re a triathlete or you want to become one; a program designed to fit your individual needs can help to improve your technique, endurance, and/or time. Don’t be intimidated by the term “Masters Swimming”.
As long as you know the basics of swimming, this class will work with ALL levels of swimmers.
Coach Andres will work to improve your technique as well as your endurance.
The program will run for 3 weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm-7:45pm. There will be no make ups for this course. The maximum amount of participants in this program will be 4. In the event of a pool closure or lesson cancelation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement lesson will be organized by the Coach.
Make up Policy/Sick policy:
A Make up will be given, if there is room in the a class, to participants who have contacted the office 24 hours prior to their lesson. If you do not attend your lesson and do not contact the office, a make up will not be given.
