Whether you’re pursuing a personal goal or you want to stay in shape or if you’re a triathlete or you want to become one, a program designed to fit your individual needs can help to improve your technique, endurance, and/or time.
Don’t be intimidated by the term “Masters Swimming”. These classes refer to the target adult age group, not the ability. As long as you know the basics of swimming, these classes work with ALL levels of swimmers to improve the various stroke types and with continued guidance and feedback, build endurance while considering each individuals other fitness pursuits to prevent injuries.
The program will run for 4 weeks on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays and split into 2 groups. On Fridays Coach Andres will leave workouts to be performed on their own. The Masters Swim group will have a dryland training to be done on Fridays on their own.
The Masters Swim Trainers will have a swim workout to be done in the water on their own.
There will be no make ups for this course. The minimum participants needed to run the class will be 4 in each program. In the event of a pool closure or lesson cancelation due to inclement weather, a replacement lesson will be organized by the Coach.
Make up Policy/Sick policy:
Participants are allowed 2 make ups WITHIN your registered session so long as the Aquatic office has received notification 24 hours prior to your appointment. Make ups will not be honored after the session has ended, we cannot guarantee you will have the same instructor.
