Meditation and Relaxation

The class will include breathing practices (pranayama), gentle stretching (asana), yoga and mindfulness wisdom teachings, meditation, MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) practices, mantra, and visualisation to create deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation.
