Get the year started in the best possible way: A four-week introduction to mindfulness meditation. Receive the background of meditation generally, along with detailed instruction on the technique, followed by an actual practice. You will receive a game plan to continue on a daily, or at least five-time-a-week basis until the next meeting. The four week series is designed to give participants an informed start and a reinforcement for a practice that they hope to establish and continue on their own.
