This 3-week dance session will follow Horton technique. Fundamentals will cover flat backs, primitive squat, lateral stretches, release swings, leg swings, deep lunges, and T positions to stretch and strengthen different areas of the body, including a focus on the abdominal muscles, and movements that lengthen the spine and the hamstring muscles. Across the floor and center combination will finish out the class.
You do not need to be a retired dancer…just have a of love for movement!
