This 4-week dance session will follow Horton technique. Fundamentals will cover flat backs, primitive squat, lateral stretches, release swings, leg swings, deep lunges, and T positions to stretch and strengthen different areas of the body, including a focus on the abdominal muscles, and movements that lengthen the spine and the hamstring muscles. Across the floor and center combination will finish out the class.

Prior dance experience recommended.
