Open Cycle is perfect for those who’d like to ride alone or train additionally beyond group fitness classes without instructors leading the classes.
Open Cycle Rules:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• No sign-up necessary (stereo is not accessible)
• Beginners should take an instructed class prior
• Be respectful of other riders (no phones)
• Bring water to hydrate (no coffee or food)
• Clean off your bike after riding
