Denise Weber is a Perinatal Exercise Specialist/Child Birth Educator with 30 years of experience in prenatal and postpartum exercises. She is ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and is a Master Trainer at Club Fit. She was one of the first seven people in the nation to certify in perinatal exercise, and true to her nature keeps abreast of her specialty field continuously.
