Prepare to test your endurance, agility, hand eye coordination and much more while learning the basics and fundamentals of boxing in a 4 week program. Punch Fit is for those that are serious about testing their mental fortitude, while learning the right way to box. In this program, you will focus on repetition of movement patterns, combined with HIIT style workouts so you get a full body workout.
All participants must have hand wraps, boxing gloves or hybrid MMA gloves.
This is a 4-week progressive class and requires pre-registration.
