This program offers the most up to date and efficient workout protocols that help promote weight loss. Done in a small group setting Leslie is able to offer individual guidance and support to each participant.
Leslie has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. She holds certifications as a Senior Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Aquatic Exercise Instructor.
