Come enjoy an intense full-body workout with Personal Trainer Alex Celcis. Strength Defense is a Martial Arts based strength and circuit training program built to push you to the limit. Gain strength and confidence as you learn self-defense techniques; reduce stress, and increase endurance and flexibility. Join Alex in punching out stress and kick your way to a new level of fitness!
