For ages 65 & up. Next session begins March 7th.
As we mature, our exercise needs change along with our bodies. Certain muscle groups responsible for posture and balance need strengthening while other muscle groups need to be stretched. You will leave with a doable workout that’s appropriate for the mature body.
Leslie has 30 years experience in the fitness industry. She holds certifications as a Senior Fitness Specialist, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and aquatic exercise instructor.
