Bodyweight suspension training classes designed to build strength, improve balance, flexibility and core stability for members of all fitness levels.
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX performance training leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.

Classes are offered daily in the Fitness Center. Class size is limited to 9 participants.
Participants are expected to be in the class at the start time listed on the schedule, at which the point instructor begins the class warm up and key instructions for safe participation. Once class has begun, your spot can be given to a waiting individual. If space is still available but class has begun, please wait for the instructor to invite you in at an appropriate point so as to not disrupt the class or instructor.
