Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:30–11:30 am on the Functional Fitness Turf
In these sessions we will incorporate the 4 major compound movements: squats, bench press, deadlift and overhead press. The benefits of these exercises are vast as they include muscle building and toning.
Lize Cutright has a lifelong relationship with physical activity ranging from field hockey to water polo to Ironman to her most recent passion for powerlifting.
She has seen the physical benefits of weight training and wants to help women not only feel comfortable working with weight but to get strong!
