Cancer Wellness at Club Fit
Designed to meet the special needs of persons undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment.
According to The American Cancer Society, there are many reasons for being physically active during cancer treatment, but each person’s exercise program should be based on what’s safe and what works best for them. It should also be something you like doing. Your exercise plan should take into account any exercise program you already follow, what you can do now, and any physical problems or limitations you may have. • Join our Training Team at 10:00 am Mondays and Fridays at our Jefferson Valley location to get your workout in with a group of similar people and a trainer who has the education and experience to consider your unique challenges.
