SPCA of Westchester

Founded in 1883, the SPCA of Westchester is a no-kill, 501(c)3 not-for-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to saving homeless, abused and abandoned animals and to protecting animals from cruelty
and neglect through education and enforcement of humane laws. The SPCA helps nearly 4,000 animals every year through its life-saving rescue and community programs.

The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation is the world’s leading nonprofit dedicated to the childhood brain tumor community. We serve the more than 28,000 U.S. children and teens battling brain tumors by investing in the most promising research and providing practical, informational and emotional support to families.

Support Connection, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that provides free, confidential support services and programs to people affected by breast and ovarian cancer. Founded in 1996, Support Connection is based in Yorktown Heights, NY, but through our toll-free services we help people across the country. Services include: One-on-one counseling with professional counselors who are cancer survivors; Ongoing peer-to-peer support groups; Educational and wellness programs; Webinars; Social gatherings for cancer survivors; Information and referral services; A toll-free cancer information and support hotline.

The Justin Veatch Fund is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), organization created by the Veatch family following the death of 17 year old Justin Veatch from an accidental drug overdose in 2008. Justin was an incredibly gifted singer-songwriter-musician whose music has been enjoyed around the world since the release of Permagrin: The Music of Justin Veatch by the Ivoryton Piano Factory and Friends. The Justin Veatch Fund recognizes the teaching of music and art is a critical component of a child’s education. The mission of The Fund is to award annual music scholarships and provide young artists opportunities
to collaborate with and be challenged by a network of like-minded peers and professionals. Events sponsored
by The Fund include open mic nights, music workshops and an annual concert which allows the most talented of Fund participants to open for a headline artist.

We are United For The Troops. For the past 12 years we have been sending gift boxes of things our deployed military miss from home. All the items in our boxes are donated from our community.
We are a 501c-3 and an all-volunteer group.

Putnam/Northern Westchester Women’s Resource Center’s mission is to provide advocacy, education and services to the community in order to create a safe, supportive environment that eliminates violence against women and children and promotes gender equality.
