Kristen Welling

Kristen Welling is a Level 3 Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. She has been practicing reiki energy healing since 2018; beginning with serving her community in Brooklyn, and is now bringing her healing hands to Club Fit Jefferson Valley. She thrives on supporting clients through their physical or emotional pain, or providing a balancing and deeply relaxing experience with gentle or no-touch reiki sessions. As an energy healer, breath worker, and creative arts therapist, Kristen knows the importance of integrated and holistic healing practices to achieving a balanced state of wellbeing and whole self. She takes a client-centered approach in every session and strives to meet everyone where they are currently at with compassionate care.
