Are you tired of going to the course and screaming at a ball for hours? Donating golf balls because 75% of your shots end up in the woods or water? Do your golf buddies brag about out driving every whole and you’re fed up with it? Ready to prove them wrong this season? Introducing a golf strength and conditioning class that is going to level up your game this season. This class will provide you with exercises and training techniques that help your strength, flexibility, and endurance. It will be a great way to boost your game and prevent injury.
Members: $120 | Non-Members: $200
