Participants will run through a tailored curriculum of exercises to improve their balance, engage their core, and enhance their gross motor skills in the safety of our heated pool. This class will provide participants an opportunity to work on skills they may find challenging on dryland with a certified Water Safety Instructor and Kripalu Yoga Instructor. The instructor will be in the water assisting and demonstrating skill as needed. Skills covered in this class: Water walking: Forwards and backwards. Balance and mobility skills. Strength and coordination skills. Yoga exercises.

Member: $160 ($40 per class) | Non-Member: $240 ($60 per class)
