The Brinton Brook Nature Sanctuary is part of the Saw Mill River Audubon Society’s reservations. It is off Albany Post Road down a very long driveway leading to a small parking lot and near the Hudson National Golf Course. The trails wind through the sanctuary and have moderate inclines and are narrow. Hiking boots are recommended. We will take lunch next to the pond where there are a pair of benches to sit on and frogs and birds to serenade us.

Michael has been hiking trails in the Hudson Valley since he was a young boy. He has been hiking with the hiking club for the past 10 years. Michael is Red Cross certified in adult first aid/CPR/AED and has been living in Yorktown since 1996 with his daughters.
