Sessions:
9:30am-10:30am & 10:30am-11:30am
What is it?
– Introduction to training with a barbell as well as reinforcing technique and proper form
– Teaching how to set up equipment and how to lift with proper form and how and when to add weights and progress workouts
– Focus on squatting, benching, and deadlifting
Minimum: 2 people | Maximum: 6 people
Members: $180 | Non-Memers: $240
