Kids Fit Camp is back this Fall!! 🍁

FitCamp is an all inclusive exercise and nutrition program. This program will equip your child with the tools to create healthy habits, when it comes to physical activity and nutrition. Also building positive self image and confidence. Your child will do a 30 min workout including a warm up/cool down, followed by topic specific nutrition education.

The goal is to give your child a place to relieve the stresses of peer & academic pressure in a productive way. FitCamp is a safe & fun program that will keep your child engaged from start to finish. Exercise can be used as a means of therapy, while proper nutrition can be used as a form of nourishment. Your child will learn how to activate the correct muscles during exercise, as well as expanding their knowledge on how to read food labels & more. In order to become better at anything, starting early is a requirement. FitCamp will give your child a jump start to becoming a healthy young adult
