Meet Me at the Barre
June 16th | 6pm – 7pm | Studio 3
Barre class is a rigorous workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. While an intense and effective workout method, no previous dance experience is required. The barre method is accepting of all fitness and ability levels. Barre class might push you to your limits, but you can expect benefits like improved muscle definition, greater flexibility and better posture. Like other types of regular exercise, barre can also help you manage and reduce your stress levels.
After class there will be socialization in the café with appetizers and the first beer or wine included, then cash bar.
This class is for adults 21+
