Studio 1 with Marisa Duffy
This 75-minute class is for anyone who wants to keep their shoulders healthy, play their sport better, recover from injury faster, prepare or recover for and from an upper body workout. The class will include but not limited to, a thorough hand treatment, Upper back hydration, and shoulder stabilization techniques. Doing MELT techniques on a regular basis will be the most effective way to make lasting changes.
