Movement & Meditation is a four week series that will combine basic asanas (postures) & mediation techniques to find a balanced yoga practice the fits you. Geared for the student that wants to take their yoga practice to a deeper level of understanding not only into the physical aspects of the practice but the practice of mindfulness and meditation as well. The series will have a workshop approach and questions are encouraged, it will be part handout review, Vinyasa Flow then followed by a short guided meditation. When the 4 week series is completed you will have a deeper understanding of the movement and meditation techniques that aligns with your yoga personal yoga journey.
