In MELT basics we utilize the 4 R’s including; Rebalance, Rehydrate, Reconnect and Release. NeuroStrength adds the next 2 R’s of MELT; Reintegration and Repattern. Its aim is to restore the neurological pathways and the natural timing of the motor response needed for stability during movement, thus yielding the stable, efficient movement necessary for an active pain-free lifestyle. The class will include lower and upper body standing work for hip and shoulder stability, as well as floor work incorporating the rollers and bands. Wear comfortable fitted clothing, drink water a ½ hour prior to class and have more available for class.
