PDH Spring Basketball Session 1
Small Group Basketball Classes at Club Fit Jefferson Valley
Session 1: March 18th-April 25th
Intro to Basketball with PDHoops: For players with little to no experience with basketball learning the basics and having fun! Topics covered will be dribbling, passing, speed/agility, defense, shooting, footwork and more!
Grades K-1st Monday 5:30-6:15PM
Grades 2nd-3rd Tuesday 5:30-6:15pm
Small Group Training: Experienced and new to the sport are welcome to get repetitions of the basics that they can take home with them to practice and get better! Shooting, dribbling and moves to the basket, passing, footwork and more will be covered in this group training class. A great way to learn the basics.
Grades 4th-5th Thursdays 6:30-7:15pm
High Level Training Group: designed to better agility and footwork attacking the basket and shooting. A high conditioning high rep 45minute training designed for high level high school players and those looking to play at the next level.
Grades 6th-8th Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm
HighSchool: Wednesday 7:15-8:00pm
