Ski Conditioning with Violetta Spinazzola.
This program focuses on building the strength, stability, and endurance necessary for skiing, emphasizing the key physical attributes needed for performance on the slopes. Each week progresses in intensity and complexity to help participants build up their conditioning over the four weeks.
Two Sessions Available:
Fridays, November 1st – 22nd at 11am or Sundays, November 3rd – 24th at 11am
