In this class we will cover two important aspects of fitness that tend to be overlooked: Core strengthening and stretching. This class is designed to teach highly effective exercises to strengthen your core. In addition, self-stretching exercises that will be incorporated to help improve overall flexibility. Various equipment will be used including: Stability balls, bosus, foam rollers, stretching straps and more!
