Women and Weight Training
This program is an introduction to training with a barbell as well as reinforcing technique and proper form. Teaching how to set up equipment and how to lift with proper form and how and when to add weights and progress workouts. Mind muscle connection, weight training plays a role in weight loss and gaining strength → strength training focused workout, alternating between lower body and upper body.
Tuesday & Thursday’s 5:15pm-6:00pm | Saturday 11:15am-12:00pm.
