From a Pilates stabilized posture, build stronger bones while working functionally with light weights, resistance bands, and a variety of props.Learn proper standing and floor exercise for strong, healthy hips, gluteal and muscles of the leg, to help maintain functional balance along with core muscles. Emphasis will also be places on improving stability, mobility, posture, and strengthening/lengthening of the muscular skeletal system. Physiological changes due to aging will be discussed, including loss of depth proprioception, and osteoporosis.
