Kids FitCamp for Kids 8-12 – Zahira Martin
Kids FitCamp is an all inclusive exercise and nutrition program. This program will equip your child with the tools to create healthy habits, when it comes to physical activity and nutrition. Your child will do a 30 minute workout followed by topic specific nutrition education. Ages 8-12 years old. Pre-registration is required for this 6-week program.
