MELT for Swing Sports

MELT is a Self-Help treatment that erases the negative effects of aging and active living. Whether your sport is tennis, golf, boxing, basketball or softball, lacrosse, motorcross, weightlifting, skating, wrestling, rock climbing, or frisbee, all of these sports require hand-eye coordination, rotation, stable footing, and grip control.

Join Marisa Duffy to experience these techniques that will improve your sport and prevent injury. We will use specific MELT balls for the hands and foot techniques as well as soft foam rollers.
