Pilates Fusion combines the classical principles of traditional pilates with athletic moves and functional training to create a workout that not only strengthens the core but helps bring balance to the body and prevent poor muscle mechanics that lead can lead to injury.
With elements of strength, cardio, and mindful movement, this workout will benefit anyone from the athlete to the first time gym participant looking to create a solid foundation. Bands, balls, and weights are used in combination with movement to create a workout that is full body!
