Join professional dancer, Jenny Lido, in this definitive and structured ballet class inclusive of barre, center and across the floor work (in low impact form). Focusing on the movements, and elements of dance while using the basic principals and technique of ballet. There are countless benefits to ballet. Most notably are strength and lengthening of muscles, core enhancement, increased flexibility, overall balance, exceptional control, coordination, and excellent posture. In just a few classes you will be sure to see and feel the results and with intension and time these results will last you a lifetime.
No previous dance experience necessary!
