Yoga is made up of 8 elements
Kids yoga adapts all of these elements into a child-friendly form with exercises and practices that are both fun and engaging for children.
Children learn to regulate, focus and connect through games, songs, stories, crafts and more.
They are taught tools and concepts such as:
Breathing instruction
Meditation practice
Movement exploration
Deep relaxation
