Abby has been certified to teach Group Exercise for over 25 years. Besides helping others keep fit, she enjoys activities like tennis, hiking, dance, and biking to maintain her own fitness. Abby recommends that you find activities that you enjoy so that your workouts will feel like “playouts”.
She teaches Deep Water at BR on Tuesdays at 6:15 pm and Cardio Splash at JV on Mondays at 7:00 pm
