opens in a new windowDRIVE Function Trainer
I have worked as a personal trainer for the past eight years. Through these years I have had extensive experience working with a diverse clientele, especially with people with the main goal of improving functional components such as mobility, balance, flexibility, and other important abilities. This is coupled with my education as a current physical therapy student, where I have primarily focused on helping clients restore proper function, improve mobility, and prevent injuries, with a focus on overall fitness and health. Between my experience and education, I can surely help one improve and reach their desired fitness goals.
